Listed a price and tried to up charge more for the parts because they claimed (manufacture raised the price) after having me to wait for almost a monthly. The most ridiculous way to run a business

Ordered Tomei shift knob and received that approximately 15 days later. Shipping was relatively fast from Japan and quality of the product was spot on. I will definitely buy something later from them!

Great communication during the whole order process, answered some questions I had on Facebook, fantastic prices, shipping required no extra work on my side for customs (I'm in the US). The shipment also arrived much earlier than expected and I received email updates on the shipping and tracking. Plus the packaging showed the care they put into making sure everything arrived safely.

1 month past order due date, I emailed to inquire on the status of my order. I was told that pricing had increased and they were unable to cover the difference which effectively meant that after 2 months of waiting, they still had not actually ordered my parts. I sent the additional payment as they confirmed that the parts were in stock at Nissan and that my order would be shipping early the next week. I waiting 2 weeks and emailed them again as the status of my order had not changed. I was then told that Nissan didn't have the parts in stock which clearly contradicts the earlier statement that the parts were confirmed to be available.

At this time, I am going to attempt to cancel the order for a refund.

Ordered parts, haven't shown after 2 months and tracking history doesn't show anything after initial purchase

Like other people here have stated I made a order in Dec 2022 it is now Feb 2023 nearing March and these people misspelled my name when I payed through Paypal. The shipment I had placed is still not here and they refuse to take accountability. There customer service has to be the worst I have experienced in a very long time. For anybody from the US buying from them be careful as you can be waiting upwards of 3 months still with no product and poor customer service.

I bought two nismo oil filters. Great service. Fast delivery to Finland. Great opportunity to support your JDM from NENGUN store. In the future I will be happy to buy in this super store. Thanks a lot. 🇫🇮🇯🇵🤝

Placing the order was pretty simple and straight forward , delivery time wasn’t that bad , kept me updated as the package traveled to its destination.
